Funny how some comment like they are bad drivers or because they own one of these cars they say they didnt drive them well

@sergiogon If I had money to do it, I’ll do it! Do you want to tell me how my car handles??? Have you ever driven an Abarth? And do you want to tell me how do they want to make good tests using different model of tyres on Twingo (Conti Sport3) and the Abarth (Conti Sport2)?

500 Abarth with Sport mode off = FAIL!!! I have one, and I can tell you it changes the car complitedly. The Turbo goes from 0.8 bar of normal mode to 1-1.2 bar with Sport mode. And I have an EsseEsse, and it’s simply a beast compared to the “normal” Abarth. So… best Motoring, best for you to things RIGHT! and SPORT ON!!!
This test is not good, because the Abarth 500′s sport mode is turned off! Please repeat the test with sport button activated. Abarth 500 easily will be the winner.
@sergiogon Yes, but the sport mode is more than a overboost button. By turning the sport mode off, the Abarth goes into a complete different motor setup to reduce fuel consumption as much as possible. By turning off the sport mode the Abarth feels terrible weak and the responsive is very sluggish all the time. It feels completely different when turning the sport mode on. I know what I tell because I drive the 500 Abarth.

@sergiogon By pressing the sport button the torque increases from 180 Nm @ 2500 U/min to 206 Nm @ 3000 U/min. In sport mode the Abarth responses much better and the electric steering becomes stronger. Turning the sport mode off changes to a very weak driving feeling because it is the economy mode to reduce fuel-consumption.

Oh no! The driver of the Abarth 500 has FORGOTTON TO ACTIVATE THE SPORT BUTTON !
At the acceleration test the sport mode was active, shown by the word “sport” on the display.

@sergiogon i didn’t say “bigger”. i said “high-rev”. imagine a 1.5 engine running at 8000 or something. plus it’s supposed to be an environment friendly, efficient hatchback, so it doesn’t have to compete with supercars. it just has to be sporty and fun to drive
@KilluaXIII I don’t believe in that , they said to the journalists in amesterdam that a bigger engine wouldn’t fit in there, but lets see! A type R has to be more powerful, like 240hp to follow with today’s competition!
@sergiogon i’ve also heard rumors that honda is playing with the thought of releasing a typeR with a stronger electric rotor and a high-rev engine. now that’d be some crazy stuff… but numbers like 200NM@1k and 180PS@8k wouldn’t seem too far fetched if that were to happen
@KilluaXIII Also, tuning companies are modifying the electric system , to give even more torque, so lets see with what they came up with!
honda’s IMA is the shit ’cause it’s not a parallel hybrid but sequential which makes it the sickest thing invented in many decades. the way it is it can assist the engine much better and it’s a simpler construction. beauty of efficiency. and the cr-z kills lighter and/or a bit more powerful cars. honda’s back the way you wouldn’t expect ^^
