Scott v. Harris sample judgement video #1
This is an edited video based on the video in the US Supreme Court’s decision record in Scott v. Harris. It shows a police chase of a fleeing driver. It is edited to highlight an evaluation that indicates less danger to the public. For discussion of the video and its editing, see purplemotes.net

I agree he made the right choice, but I do think it would have been abuse of power had he done it right form the beginning. One needs to prove they justly require deadly force.
Most every criminal activity is vile (thank goodness for relatively just laws of the U.S.) given the person is sufficiently guilty in his intentions, but not all ought to require penalties so high as to possibly claim human life, even if that life be the criminal’s.
So funny when you ask the Question like that. Instead of this media bull crap, face facts. the officer ended the pursuit only injuring the dumb ass who was evading arrest. He (Suspect) was the cause of any endangerment to the public and the officer removed his weapon (car) Stopping the threat. Had it gone on for even 5 more minutes he could easily have killed sum1 by running them over hitting another vehicle and whatnot
. This officer made the right choice and had he pitted the suspect right form the beginning imagine how many people would shout ABUSE of power. or unnecessary force. Sorry for the rant im in a bad mood.
