1991 Honda Accords, and most other Honda’s such as Civic’s, and Prelude’s have this issue. This FIT valve issue, is common from just about every 2.2 liter Honda motor ever sold in the USA. The ABV, AIR BOAST VALVE, is what I was failing to remember to say in the video. But that little problem child would have been my last guess, after repairing and cleaning the Fast Idle Valve aka FIT. This video is to help others with this issue, because if you have the problem. It can be a nasty one to troubleshoot.
